There may be no more peculiar time in the history of the Israelites than when they were led by the Judges. Before Israel ever had a king, God raised up these men and women to lead the people out of sin and captivity and into times of peace and faithfulness. They had big personalities, unique stories, and sometimes interesting tactics.
