Pastor Appreciation
October is pastor appreciation month, a time to recognize the support our pastor gives our community of faith. We call on our pastor when we are in need of prayers, guidance or
encouragement. He is here for us in moments of crisis as well as times of great joy. Our pastor shares the Word of God with us, spending many hours studying and preparing. He represents the church well out in the local community. Our pastor does so many other things for the church that are unseen. Please make an extra effort to continually pray for Pastor Chandler and do something special to show him how much you appreciate him. Here are a few examples.
- Send a card or note with a message of gratitude.
- Give local restaurant gift cards.
- Consider giving a monetary gift through the church. In
doing so, please mark your gifts “Pastor’s Gift”.
